-----------------------------------------------------

I have raided since Nov'2008. I have come to understand the fast action pace and quick decision making to satisfy the fight's technicalities while maintaining my Dirge's duties.

The previous guilds where I have enrolled eventually hit their brick walls that would hold the entire guild back for 3~5 months. My patience persuaded me to wait all those months, but the long waiting for progress alienated me to the point of persuading me in losing interest in raiding. This is what has persuaded me, a hardcore player, to become a casual raider maintaining 6 hours a week raiding or 9 hours a week if I am nudged (depending on my mood).

My real life obligation involves the grain agriculture industry with little livestock and dictates my volume of free time. During June~July, I will be unavailable for a month busy with wheat harvest. During Oct~Nov, I will be unavailable for a month busy with corn harvest. During planting season in June and October, I will be unavailable for a few days at a time. I also do equipment contract work through out the summer that might persuade me to be unavailable, but I do my best to ensure I have free time to myself every day if I have the option. Most of the time I have this option except during harvest and planting season.

Past Nov through June I have a ton of free time. So, when it is not harvest/planting season, I can maintain a 50~75% attendance history. As mentioned earlier, I am a hardcore player that casually raids, for reasons mentioned in paragraph 2, so there can be a persuasion for me to maintain the 75% attendance history. If there was a middle rank between "Raiding Memory" and "Member", then this is where I would reside.

My flaw resides in my insatiability to perfecting my time with the Dirge and I document this at http://orani.100webspace.net/ (that I need to update).

I have 3 pieces of TSO T3 and 4 pieces of TSO T4 gear to maintain 65.7% critical mitigation. I have all 9 pieces of T9 MC resist jewelry in my character's inventory; this jewelry pushes me will to 11~14k resist plus each piece has 3% critical mitigation.

In my DPS gear, I am personally buffed (without BC on me) 108.4% Crit, 91.7% DA, 40.8% Crit Bonus, 28.8% Potency, 527 Ability mod; this allows me to maintain 10~12k parses. In Vigilant zones with those huge linked encounters, I have topped at 16~18k (BC not on me) with a TSO 4piece troub and TSO 4piece coercer. I have situational backup gear to maintain even higher CB, Pot, and AM stats when grouped with stat buffing classes such as trouby and/or illy and/or mystic and/or other classes. AND I do not mind, almost enjoy, rezing players, too bad there is not "skill ups" from rezing. heh.

I have quite a few T9 pieces for my DPS gear so this is why ya will find empty slots on eq2players. Not many of the T9 items have been registered yet with eq2players.

All my spells, buffs, and combat arts are Adept3 and already have a few at master quality.

As mentioned, I am a hardcore player that enjoys raiding casually (6~9 hours weekly; not available due to seasonal work). So, 8 months or so out of the year I can maintain a 50~75% attendance.

Thanks for reading. Appreciate your time. Catch ya in-game. :)
