but nah actually its UVB and UVA light I have to avoid.. can cause a rash or cause my skin to burn more easily or some such..

From the rest, too, geeze, you're supposed to take the meds and then sit inside a cloud of blankets for a couple hours of sensory deprivation. Geesh. And I thought my stuff was bad.. then again, mine's only bad 'cause for 2 separate but similar prescriptions I have had to interpret my doc's handwriting to the pharmacists "take 2 per day until bleeding stops" it's the "bleeding" the pharmacist can't read.
