Waiting for a game(s) that combines the;

Speed, arcade like and fairness of Quake 3 Arena with Unreal Tournaments (original or GOTY editions)team play modes, the thumping musical scores and the bright happy/varied styles of environments, with a good dash of proper in game physics either Red Faction terrain/building deformation or Half Life 2's physics/environment exploitation. Preferably set in the future with all sorts of delightful viscous toys to dismember and crush your friends and enemies with. Vehicle combat I could care less for the way most games did that it was a step in the wrong direction and it always lacked the personal intensity. That is what I'd want in a multi player FPS, I don't like realism or historical FPS's.

Sword combat games, I want something hard to beat or at least some what of a challenge, I liked Sands of time and Warrior within in the Prince of Persia series, not tried the most recent one, but heard it was easy so skipped it. I can't think of the other much older sword games I played but they were incredibly hard, probably because they were buggy, this is all 1990's stuff. God of War 3 looks really interesting to me as well, might actually buy my first console ever just to play that game even if it is pathetically easy, just looks like fun.

Solo RPG stuff, been wanting Dragon Age, if it has the story and immersion potential that Baldurs Gate series had, even if this story is much darker and violent think I'd get a real kick out of it, would also like to catch up on Mass Effect, Bio Shock or was it System Shock, which ever one came out in 07/08. Last RPG solo play thing that I really got into was Morrowind, Oblivion blew chunks for me, could not get into it because the NPC art style was just wrong. Would like to do the new Fallout Boy also.

Really want another destruction Derby complete lawless and anti social driving game like Carmageddon how ever it was spelt, otherwise I have GTA from a year or two ago that I'd like to get or the next one if that's coming soon, assuming they not made it too easy, I loved the fail/progress relationship in that game, even if I did end up punching holes in the wall at certain points in their earlier games.

MMO's I think after EVE and EQ2 the only one I'd want to have a go at is the new Star wars one. Though of late I am really loosing interest in MMO's, EQ2 may well be my last MMO unless something comes out that really is innovative and fun.
